Product Use & Reselling

- No reselling of custom-made products is allowed.

- Wholesale supplies (cups, beads, lids, etc.) may be resold.

Payments We accept credit cards and Afterpay.

Digital Products Digital downloads are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Dream Haven Kreations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, were here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges (no store credit). You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:-

In the same condition you received it- Unworn or unused- With tags- In its original packaging You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send anything back without contacting us first items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us Refund Policy immediately with photos or a video showing the issue. We will offer a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Shipping

If your'e asked to return an item, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items Some items are non-refundable and non-returnable, including:- Custom or personalized products- Sale items- Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, well notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.

Thank you for shopping with Dream Haven Kreations! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Where We Ship We currently ship to:- New Zealand- Australia

Order Processing Time-

All orders are packed the same day payment is received and shipped the next business day.- Most in-stock items are shipped within 13 working days.

Delivery Timeframes

We use Pass the Parcel as our main courier service. Estimated delivery times are:

New Zealand:-

Auckland & North Island: 2-5 business days-

South Island: 3-7 business days-

Rural Areas: May take longer

Australia:- Estimated delivery time: Up to 14 business days

Shipping Fees-

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.-

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150.00 (New Zealand only).

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please contact the courier directly for delivery inquiries.

Change of Delivery Address

You may update your delivery address before your order ships by contacting [email protected]. Once shipped, you must coordinate address changes directly with the courier. Delays, Loss, or Theft-

Shipping delays may occur due to courier issues. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days if delays arise.-

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered or for any stolen items.

Non-Refundable Shipping-

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. They cover the couriers service


DreamHaven Kreations – Live Sale Terms & Conditions

By participating in any DreamHaven Kreations live sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure fairness for all customers and to protect the time, effort, and sustainability of our small business.


1. Claiming Items

All items are first in, first served based on the order claims are received during the live.

Please ensure you are paying attention to the live order. Items will be shown in a set sequence.

If you are waiting for a specific product that has not yet been shown, it will be displayed towards the end of the live, where possible.

Sublimation Equipment Disclaimer

By purchasing any sublimation products or DIY kits from DreamHaven Kreations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Sublimation requires high heat application which may release gases from inks, coatings, and transfer materials during the heating process. Any oven, air fryer, or heating appliance used for sublimation should be dedicated for crafting purposes only and must not be used for food preparation thereafter.

DreamHaven Kreations is not responsible for the misuse of household appliances or equipment used during the sublimation process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate, dedicated equipment is used safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

By proceeding with purchase and use, you accept full responsibility for the equipment and environment used in the sublimation process.


2. Deposits & Customer Eligibility

Existing / regular customers:
No deposit is required.

New customers:
A deposit is required to participate in live sales.

After three (3) completed purchases with DreamHaven Kreations, no deposit will be required for future live sales. This process helps build trust within the business.

Deposits are non-refundable once a claim has been made.

If a deposit is paid and no items are claimed, the deposit will be refunded.


3. Payment Timeframes

All claimed items must be paid within 5 days of the claim date.

Day 1 is the claim day.

Please do not claim items if you are unable to pay within this timeframe.

If you require a prior arrangement, you must message me before claiming.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be assessed at my discretion.


4. Holding of Claimed Items

All claimed items will be held for a maximum of 7 days only.

Items will not be held beyond this timeframe under any circumstances.

If a prior arrangement is requested, DreamHaven Kreations will decide whether this can be approved.
Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.


5. Non-Payment, Order Cancellation & Reinstatement

If payment is not received by the due date, and no communication has been made, your:

Order will be cancelled

Items will be returned to stock

Live sale claiming privileges will be revoked

To participate in future live sale claims after a cancellation, a $10 reinstatement fee will be required.
This fee helps cover the loss and time associated with unpaid and cancelled orders.

You will still be welcome to purchase via the website, even if live claiming privileges are restricted.


6. No Follow-Ups Policy

Due to time constraints, individual payment follow-ups will not be sent.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track invoices and due dates.

No communication + no payment = automatic cancellation.


7. Responsible Claiming

Please only claim what you can afford.

These rules are in place to keep live sales fair for everyone and to protect the business.

DreamHaven Kreations is a small business, and live sales require significant planning and preparation, often late at night. Your understanding and respect are greatly appreciated.


8. General Conditions

By claiming during a live sale, you are entering a binding agreement to purchase.

Prices shown during live sales are final unless stated otherwise.

At Dream Haven Kreations, we take great care in sourcing, hand-checking, and packaging every order. We want you to love your purchase, and while we can’t accept change-of-mind returns, we’ll always do our best to resolve genuine issues in a fair way.


1) General Policy Overview

We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind.
A refund, exchange, or store credit will only be issued if:

the product arrives damaged, or

the incorrect item was sent.

Our return window is 7 days from the date your order is delivered. After 7 days, we’re unable to process return or refund requests.

Not eligible for returns/refunds:

Live Sales, destash, clearance, or imperfect/seconds items

Custom or made-to-order products

Deposits for Live Sales (non-refundable)

Items that have been used, filled, washed, altered, drilled, sealed, or customized


2) How to Request a Return

To report an issue, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and include:

Order number

Description of the issue

Clear photos (and video if it’s a functional issue)

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return shipping:

If the product is faulty or the wrong item was sent, we’ll cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a trackable service and shipping insurance for items over $100.


3) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

Check your bank account again

Contact your card provider (posting times vary)

4) Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. For exchanges of the same product, please email us within 7 days.


5) Shipping Policy (Summary)

Orders are carefully checked and packaged.

Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier picks up your parcel. Please inspect immediately on delivery.

Visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours (photos of the box, inner packaging, and item help us lodge carrier claims).

6) Wholesale & Blank Supplies Terms

6.1 Purpose & Condition of Blanks

Blanks are supplied as components for further processing (e.g., filling, sealing, wrapping, glittering). Minor cosmetic variations that don’t affect function are normal and not considered defects.

6.2 Pre-Use Inspection & Testing

Buyers are responsible for inspecting blanks upon receipt and leak-testing before resale or further crafting.

6.3 Leaks & Functional Issues

We warrant blanks as supplied (unmodified). Leakage or damage after modification (filling, sealing, drilling, wrapping, etc.) is not covered.

6.4 End-Customer Complaints

Resellers are responsible for their own end-customer support. Dream Haven Kreations does not accept returns directly from your customers.

6.5 Exclusions

Not covered:

Issues from modification, overfilling, or incompatible chemicals

Improper sealing or curing

Dishwasher use, extreme heat/freezing, dropping

Third-party parts (aftermarket lids, plugs, straws)

Wear and tear from normal use

6.6 Batch Variances

Colour, transparency, or hardness may vary slightly between manufacturing runs. This is normal and not considered a defect.

6.7 Third-Party Consumables (Wraps, Glitter, Solutions)

Dream Haven Kreations cannot guarantee or replace third-party consumables (e.g., UVDTF wraps, vinyl wraps, glitter, solution, resin, adhesives) used with blanks.
If a blank is found defective on delivery (unused and unmodified), we will replace or refund the blank only.
We are not responsible for costs related to wasted consumables or labour time.
At our sole discretion, we may occasionally offer a goodwill replacement for consumables — however, this is a one-off gesture and not part of our standard policy.

6.8 Documentation & Evidence

Claims must include:

Order number and affected SKU/quantity

Photos/videos of the issue (including plug/lid/thread close-ups)

Confirmation items are unused/unmodified if claiming a manufacturing defect

6.9 Recommended Best Practices

Water-test blanks before filling

Do not overfill; allow space for expansion

Ensure plugs are seated fully and squarely

Allow resin/sealants to cure fully before use

Hand-wash only; avoid dishwashers and extreme temperatures


7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under NZ law, Dream Haven Kreations’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item(s). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including wasted consumables, labour time, or resale costs.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) for goods ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic, or household use.
