How long does shipping take?

Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on location:

New Zealand: 3-7 business days

New Zealand Rural: 5-12 business days

Australia: 14 business days or more

Christmas Period - Please expect delays due to the high volumes of packages going out and couriers having to deliver. Unfortunately, with any delays there is not alot we can do from our end. So please ensure you allow enough time for you to receive your package.

We do not follow up on delay orders. The orders that we will investigate is if for some reason your parcel has not been delivered for whatever the reason might be.

All orders will have tracking and a photo taken to show proof and confirmation of delivery.

Will try our best to get your order to you as soon as we can, however we do not have any control once order has left our premises.

Shipping costs?

The different shipping costs will appear at checkout. Choose the one that applies to you. If you live rurally please choose that option otherwise your order will either be cancelled or we require you to pay the difference.

Wholesale supplies/Heavy Items the minimum requirement is between $20-$25, if over 5kgs then there will be extras costs and a invoice will be sent to you for the remainder.

When will you start packing order?

Orders are usually packed the next business day depending on the work load. If we are able to pack your order the same day received then we will do so. Tracking details will be sent once courier has picked up your package.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day after purchase. (Does not include weekends) Custom orders may take longer depending on the design and order volume. Any orders purchased over the weekend will be processed on the next business day and shipped within the week.

How should I wash my cups?

All cups are hand-wash only. Do not put them in the dishwasher or soak them for long periods. Use mild soap and lukewarm water for cleaning.

All items come with a cup care card if purchasing a cup and if purchasing a beaded item you will also receive a Beads care card.

Are UV DTF wraps dishwasher-safe?

No, UV DTF wraps are not dishwasher safe. To ensure longevity, handwashing is recommended.

Do UV DTF wraps fit all cups?

UV DTF wraps are designed to fit 16oz Libby tumbler cups. However, they can be customized to fit other cup sizes upon request.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

If there is a refund then payment can take between 5-10 days to reach your account.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! Custom orders can be made in two ways:

During a LIVE session on social media

Through direct message on social media or via email

Please note that your cup will need to be paid for first

At the point of checkout there is a box you will need to tick to add your notes. EG - Need the type of UV DTF wrap you are after, colour glitter, colour straw and lid. There would be additional costs if you wanted to purchase other accessories for your cup.

Please note cups will need to sit for at least 24 hours after it is finished and then will be posted out. Some bubbles will be left in the cup to suit weather conditions and expansion. This is normal.

Beaded Items can also be customised to your request. Please send a DM or email if any questions and can discuss.

Our cups are sourced from high-quality overseas suppliers who have been in business for over 12 years. We customize each cup to bring you unique designs. Please note we do not provide who the name of our suppliers/manufacturers.

Our beaded items are not toys and should be kept out of reach of children. They contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard if swallowed. Please use with caution and do not allow young children to handle them unsupervised.

Yes, full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped. Prices are final and non-negotiable, but from time to time, we offer sales, promotions, and giveaways, which will be announced in advance.

If you require a payment plan, we are happy to discuss options; however, please note that the product will not be purchased or processed until full payment has been received. Thank you for your understanding and support!

The solution inside our snowglobe tumblers is securely sealed with the plug and resealed with resin, making it inaccessible during normal use. However, if the tumbler becomes cracked or damaged over time, the liquid may leak. While the solution is non-toxic, it is not meant for consumption. If leakage occurs, avoid contact with eyes and mouth, clean up immediately, and discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.

DreamHaven Kreations – Live Sale Terms & Conditions

By participating in any DreamHaven Kreations live sale, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure fairness for all customers and to protect the time, effort, and sustainability of our small business.

1. Claiming Items

All items are first in, first served based on the order claims are received during the live.

Please ensure you are paying attention to the live order. Items will be shown in a set sequence.

If you are waiting for a specific product that has not yet been shown, it will be displayed towards the end of the live, where possible.

2. Deposits & Customer Eligibility

Existing / regular customers:
No deposit is required.

New customers:
A deposit is required to participate in live sales.

After three (3) completed purchases with DreamHaven Kreations, no deposit will be required for future live sales. This process helps build trust within the business.

Deposits are non-refundable once a claim has been made.

If a deposit is paid and no items are claimed, the deposit will be refunded.

3. Payment Timeframes

All claimed items must be paid within 5 days of the claim date.

Day 1 is the claim day.

Please do not claim items if you are unable to pay within this timeframe.

If you require a prior arrangement, you must message me before claiming.
Approval is not guaranteed and will be assessed at my discretion.

4. Holding of Claimed Items

All claimed items will be held for a maximum of 7 days only.

Items will not be held beyond this timeframe under any circumstances.

If a prior arrangement is requested, DreamHaven Kreations will decide whether this can be approved.
Approval is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Non-Payment, Order Cancellation & Reinstatement

If payment is not received by the due date, and no communication has been made, your:

Order will be cancelled

Items will be returned to stock

Live sale claiming privileges will be revoked

To participate in future live sale claims after a cancellation, a $10 reinstatement fee will be required.
This fee helps cover the loss and time associated with unpaid and cancelled orders.

You will still be welcome to purchase via the website, even if live claiming privileges are restricted.

6. No Follow-Ups Policy

Due to time constraints, individual payment follow-ups will not be sent.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track invoices and due dates.

No communication + no payment = automatic cancellation.

7. Responsible Claiming

Please only claim what you can afford.

These rules are in place to keep live sales fair for everyone and to protect the business.

DreamHaven Kreations is a small business, and live sales require significant planning and preparation, often late at night. Your understanding and respect are greatly appreciated.

8. General Conditions

By claiming during a live sale, you are entering a binding agreement to purchase.

Prices shown during live sales are final unless stated otherwise.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock not arriving on time or for an unexpected reason are not able to. Then we will communicate with you and provide a full refund. If you are happy to wait for your order to be completed then we can do that aswell. Specific timeframes will be advised.

All DMS and emails will be responded within the next 48 hours, please do not expect to get a reply immediately. Please be respectful of when you are sending these messages especially when it is over the weekend. We are a small business and need to balance business and family time. Happy to answer any questions during the week but weekends please keep this limited.
